How can someone transform a house, which is nothing more than real estate and a financial asset, into a HOUSE, and hopefully, one’s dream home? Although, we call the process, potential buyers, home hunting, once one owns it, we refer to them as owners! After more than 15 years as a licensed real estate seller in New York State, I have come to believe that someone, alone, fully enjoys and appreciates their home, when viewed in a more emotional way. – Been connected, of owning a house! With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it is important.

one. Cicatrization; heart head; humanity/ human; healthy health: Although, for most of us, the asset value of your home represents your greatest financial asset, unless/until one feels that living there and enjoying it is a healing process, they cannot effectively complete it. this important transformation! Doing so often means effectively using the finer aspects of one’s logical and emotional components in a balance between head and heart, and ending up feeling healthier and happier, living where one feels this sense. of satisfaction and happiness! Remember, the process only occurs, effectively, when/if one prioritizes the human aspects and considers their residence to enhance their personal humanity!

2. Options; organize; smells; opportunities: Whether you’re buying a new home or a previously lived-in home, and it doesn’t matter if it’s supposedly move-in ready or repair-ready (whether to a small or significant degree), almost everyone is looking to personalize it once they decide to! yours! What options do you need, want, desire and/or consider in the future and why? How will you organize it, to attend to your personal needs, etc.? Differentiate between odors that annoy/disturb you, as opposed to those that you feel, as desirable scents! Do the bones of the property present significant and personally relevant opportunities, both in the short and long term?

3. motivating; significant; brand: Does homeownership feel motivating and inspiring and make your life feel more meaningful and fulfilling? Does the process help you leave your mark, towards a happy, more personal and satisfying experience?

Four. Energy/ energizing; efforts; Excellence; durable; to enrich: This transformation becomes meaningful when/if it enriches your life experiences and how you feel about yourself! Will this feeling last and enhance your feelings of personal excellence? Do you feel that owning a home is energizing and your energy makes the efforts worthwhile for you?

When you begin to perceive your house, as your HOUSE, the full meaning of the American Dream, of home ownership, becomes much more than just a concept! Will you seek to make this transformation?
