Being overweight can be a real disappointment for people with this condition. It can have an adverse effect on people both physically and mentally. I know. I’ve been there. The only way to lose weight is to want it bad enough. It doesn’t matter how you want to do it. If you really don’t want to do it, you will fail every time.
Now I am going to tell you how I lost 60 pounds in 4 months.
It was not easy. I decided to start this in late winter. This is a time when being outdoors really isn’t an option. Therefore, sitting and eating all the time would have been so easy. In fact, that’s what led me to be overweight in the first place.
The first thing I did, which is what anyone who wants to lose weight has to do, is decide that I was going to do this. No ifs, ands, or buts. The mental part of this is probably 75% of the entire battle. I just decided that I would not cheat in what I was going to do.
What did I eat?
I ate chicken. I ate a lot of chicken. Fish was also an option, but I can’t stand the taste of fish. So I got stuck with chicken.
How often did I eat?
I ate 8 times from when I got up until I went to bed. I ate small portions 8 times a day. Sometimes it was hard. I was carrying sandwich bags with my allotted portion to work with me. I had to find the 5 to 8 minutes to eat it at the scheduled intervals. IF you really want something strong enough, you will find the time to do it. I flavored the chicken by cooking a little on the grill and a little in the oven. Nothing fried.
I also ate vegetables. Green. He ate green beans, peas, peas, etc. I’d put some balsamic vinegar on them to add a little flavor. When I got tired of the vinegar, I ate them alone. Most people don’t realize what fresh vegetables taste like.
I also made it a point to drink a lot, a lot of water. I stopped drinking soda and alcohol. To flavor the water, I simply squeezed some lemon juice.
I did this for 4 months. The weight came off. I started out weighing 275 pounds. I’m 6’1 “. That’s a lot of extra weight to carry. If my back could speak. I’d tell you how sore I was from carrying all the belly fat. This weight loss brought me down to 215 pounds in 4 months. All of this without doing any exercise.
Why did this work?
By eating at set intervals many times throughout the day, you are reprogramming your body. As you go through this plan, your body goes from storing fat to storing nothing at all. Then he begins to use the fat that he has stored, since he believes that this fat is no longer necessary. You’re feeding your body so often that you realize you don’t need to store fat for a rainy day. In fact, you are feeding it so frequently that the body sees no reason to keep the fat you have and begins to burn it.
When spring and summer came, he was a new person. My neighbor thought I had some kind of illness. I had to explain how I did what I did.
This can work for anyone who makes up their mind to do it early on. I know it works. I have done.
