Learning how to increase the memory power of your brain is one of the best things you can do to change your life. All knowledge is nothing but memory. If people were scientifically taught to memorize in schools, we wouldn’t have to waste time reading blogs. It is a well known fact that all the memory giants have worked on his memory and brought it to the point where it makes us go WOW. When we were young we know that we had a much better brain function. It is a myth that old age reduces your cognitive abilities. So I only think of one thing on my mind and that is to put down the yoga mat and I just don’t care about the yoga itself. The interesting thing is that once I go to bed I make sure not to get up. It probably sounds silly to you, but I’ll tell you why it works. Your mind is crying at the thought of exercising because exercise is a process of enduring short-term inconvenience for long-term benefit. So when you only think about laying the mat, which is not really a drawback, it can be easily pressed and the rest happens automatically.
The second most useful thing you can do is learn to meditate from a suitable source. Pick any successful man and you will find that he does some kind of meditation. This helps A LOT in terms of improving memory. I will give some advice on meditation. Meditation is NOT concentration. It is indeed deconcentration. A good place to start is by reading Osho books.
Solve puzzles! This advice should be followed based on the type of lifestyle you have. If you are a person who does a lot of mental work, you probably don’t need to solve any puzzles. Before making a decision about it, distinguish between a mental problem and an emotional problem. I mean that being a manager (in general) has more to do with emotional intelligence than a researcher or a scientist. You are the judge of it. A great place to start is a Rubik’s cube and a Sudoku puzzle.
