Apricot, Apple and Flaxseed Smoothie

3 fresh pitted apricots

1/2 medium apple cut into chunks

2 tablespoons of flax seeds

1/8 cup lemon juice

1 cup of pure water

pinch of cinnamon

Stevia to taste

Soak the flax seeds overnight and drain. Add all ingredients and mix until smooth. Add more water if necessary.

Like many worthwhile things, changing your diet is never easy, but the effort will pay off in the long run. Once you start to see positive results in regards to shrinking your fibroids, it won’t be that hard to stick with the changes you’ve made.
