I was fascinated by the YouTube video of brain researcher Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor. Somehow he managed to study his own stroke as it happened. He felt his brain functions fade one by one. First speech, movement, and then understanding faded, leaving her totally stunned by the experience.

Eight years later he has made a full recovery and is giving talks about his experience. Your YouTube video must be viewed to fully understand a disease that strikes fear at the hearts of all adults over 40.

As a holistic energy worker, I have a distinct advantage over the average doctor dealing with a stroke. I can trust a pair of clairvoyant eyes that goes by the name of Selvi Ratnam, a 42-year-old school teacher.

Selvi’s clairvoyant ability began to flourish after her teens. She began to literally see things that ordinary people could not. He could see the colorful aura of a human being. To her, they all look like the colors of the rainbow. Sick people would have very dark spots on their organs.

When this ability began to make its appearance, Selvi realized that not everyone could see what she was seeing and began to think that something was wrong with her.

Only when he met a Sufi teacher later in life was he aware of his clairvoyant ability.

Somewhere on the shelves in my study, I have more than ten books written by a monk named Lobsang Rampa, a controversial Tibetan who in the last years of his life walked in the body of a white man through a skill known as transmigration. .

One of the books was titled The Third Eye. It is an account of how he endured an operation that opened his third eye, the hidden eye that can see beyond the pair of physical eyes.

When I finally met Selvi during my healing journey, I was literally jumping with excitement working with someone who could see beyond human physical limits and perceive the dimensions that were revealed in Lobsang’s books.

My strength was the kundalini and the chakras and Selvi could see the awakening of the kundalini and the conditions of the chakras quite easily.

Selvi was introduced to me by Sehkar, a Reiki teacher and eventually we started working together at the Paru Amma Holistic Center in Kajang, Malaysia, before going to Kelang to work as a team for almost five years.

During our aura reading sessions, Selvi would tell me what he saw and I would take notes on an aura chart. Finally, a pattern began to emerge. In most women, Selvi would see gray or dark on the left side of her body. And you would see the same gray or darkness on the right side of a man’s body.

Darkness in the aura indicates absence of life force. And it is usually the precursor of the disease. When a person’s aura is totally dark, illness or death is about to occur.

Yin refers to the feminine energy that is more emotional in nature and refers to the left side of the body. And Yang refers to the masculine energy that is more aggressive and refers to the right side of the body.

Every man or woman has Yin and Yang aspects. Although, of course, we have seen men who are feminine in nature and we have seen women who behave in a masculine way.

The more emotionally distressed a woman was, the darker the left side of her body would be. The same thing happened to the man. If he was emotionally distressed, his left side would also be very dark.

In one particular case, we told a client in her 30s that she had a very dark aura on her left side. And I asked him if he was experiencing any numbness.

Numbness is often one of the first signs of an oncoming stroke. She said it was starting in her hand. I then asked her about her emotional history and in the conversation that followed, she admitted that she was sexually and emotionally abused when she was very young and was still emotionally traumatized by that incident.

We got her to begin a process known as emotional release and ended it by asking her to forgive the perpetrator and to forgive herself for feeling guilty. As he did so, he felt a surge of energy rising up his left arm and Selvi could see the darkness receding to be replaced by the blue color indicating that health was returning to the arm.

As we continued to work to forgive herself and her perpetrator, more darkness left her left side and a beautiful blue and green aura appeared. At the end of that session, his aura reflected the beautiful colors of the rainbow. And the numbness was gone.

Typically in our healing sessions we find forgiveness to be one of the most powerful healing tools available to us. Through the process of sincere forgiveness, surges of energy are produced in the form of white light that allow the affected part of the body to regain its normal life force. This explains how the numbness or the absence of life force disappeared.

The client was told that continuing to forgive the perpetrator was important. If he went back into the emotional spiral of pain and victimization, he would revert to his old pain body, which would eventually result in darkness on his left or yin side of his body. Eventually, that would result in a stroke.

On the other hand, when Selvi sees someone who is very stressed, who is always in a hurry to get things done, or is worried about business deadlines or the future, his aura on the right or yang side would be very dark. regardless of whether that person is male or female.

It is quite common for most businessmen to have this type of aura, although the typical female executive or high performance executive is affected as well. Stress does not discriminate between genders. Both men and women are affected equally and succumb to stress.

In these types of cases, in addition to the process of emotional release, we usually advise these ambitious Type A personalities to take a break or change professions or be more realistic in their goals. Being alive and healthy is preferable to being stressed and is a prime candidate for a stroke waiting to happen.

At the end of the day, most corporate types are beginning to re-evaluate their life goals and purposes. Chasing promotion or millions living life in the fast lane cannot compensate for the debilitating stroke. There is an old saying, we ruin our health by chasing after money. Then we spend all that money to regain the health we ruined.

Then listen. Take some time, try to live as balanced a life as possible. Focus on the little things in life – listen to the sound of running water. Go bowling. Practice tai chi. Paint. Listen to music. Smile. Laugh. Play with your children. Plant flowers. Love yourself and love everyone. And you will end up healthier and happier.
