Committed for Better Business

There is a lot of competition in this category, but here are my top 5 shooting guards in NBA history:

5) Reggie Miller – Clutch. Clutch. Clutch. Like a fierce competitor who has graced the court. Yes, I know he never won an NBA championship, but he deserves to be at the top of the list, just for what he did with the New York Knicks alone.

4) Clyde Drexler: If it weren’t for Jordan, he would have been known as the best off the hook of his generation. Also, there has never been a nickname that better represents a player than “glide”. He was like a gazelle in the open courtyard. Nobody moved faster, with as little effort as “the slide”.

3) Pete Maravich: If he played for better teams, he would be even more respected than he is now. An incredible showman, he could do pretty much anything he wanted with a basketball. The “gun” brought the game of street ball to the NBA.

2) Kobe Bryant: When Jordan retired, no one thought anyone would come close to the dominance he brought to the game. Well, Kobe Bryant certainly put an end to that. It is simply unstoppable. There isn’t a player in this league who can take him one on one.

1) Michael Jordan – Who else would it have been? What else can I say that hasn’t already been said. He is not only known as the best basketball player on every play. He can be considered the best athlete in the history of the sport.
