Here is an effective exercise routine for women. It will help you lose weight, tone up and create a sexy female body for yourself.

1. First, lose 1.75 inches from your waist

I only have one exercise for you to achieve this … the void pose. My clients lose about 1.75 inches from their waists doing this for just 5 minutes a day.

It is similar to sucking on your belly, but sucking on your belly from your belly button, not your upper abs. Suck on it as much as you can and then hold that pose for 15-60 seconds. Rest, then repeat for a total of 5 minutes each day. You don’t have to do all 5 minutes at a time.

2. Second, tone your hips and waist to create a nice feminine appearance.

The hula hoop is the answer to this. Just get a cheap $ 3 hula hoop and twist it around your waist for 10 minutes a day. You will begin to create the type of waist of a belly dancer.

3. Tone your legs and firm your butt

Indian squats accomplish this while helping to burn a lot of calories and fat. What you need to do is squat up and down as fast as you can. Keep your back straight and tap or slide your fingertips toward the floor with each rep. Do 100 reps as fast as possible.

Once you can do 100 reps in 5 minutes or less, add another 100 reps for a total of 200 … and do those 200 in 10 minutes. For this exercise to be effective, you must do it all at once. If you can’t do 100 reps without stopping, that’s fine. Just rest for 20 seconds and continue until you get the full 100 reps.

If you only did these 3 exercises, it would be a very effective exercise routine for women.
