Cracked heels are a problem, a common problem, in fact. Due to lack of hydration, the skin on the feet dries out and the heels crack. It is unpleasant, unattractive and sometimes painful. Therefore, I am going to reveal easy recipes to cure cracked heels.

  1. Add boric acid to the water (ratio: a glass of water with a teaspoon of boric acid). Soak your feet in warm water for 15 minutes. Dry them with a towel. Apply Vaseline to the affected areas and put on a Band-Aid to stick the Vaseline to your feet. Then wear socks, preferably cotton or other natural material, throughout the night. You can repeat the procedure until the heels are healed and the cracks have disappeared. If the creaking noise in your heels does not reduce after a week of repeated procedures, you definitely need to see a doctor.
  2. Cut an aloe leaf lengthwise and tie it to your heels. Then put polyethylene on it and put on socks. You can make a compress from aloe pulp or juice. Aloe juice is an excellent moisturizer and remedy for dry skin by making it soft and tender.
  3. Saturate a gaze or cotton cloth with warm glycerin, castor oil, or camphor. After soaking the feet in warm water, place the saturated material on the cracked heels, wrap them with polyethylene and wear socks.
  4. Squeeze red currants and apply the paste to the bad areas of your feet. It will soften the hard skin on the soles of your feet.
  5. Another great remedy for cracked heels is related to tea fungus. Make a tea fungus tincture without sugar and rub it on the affected skin areas.
  6. Grind sea buckthorn and massage the paste on cracked heels.
  7. Add a tablespoon of baking soda to a liter of warm water and soak your feet in it. Do the procedure every night to moisturize and smooth your skin. In addition, bathing not only cleanses the skin, but also improves blood circulation.
  8. Add 3 tablespoons of chamomile tincture to a liter of warm water. Soak your feet in it every day. It will prevent dryness and cracking of the heels.
  9. The last method may sound a bit unbelievable, but believe it or not, it really works. Soak your cracked heels in urine. You’re going to experience a burning sensation, but it’s worth a try.

People tend to forget about their feet. But your feet are what carry you through life; therefore they have deserved your proper attention and care.
