Shaun T recently came out with a new workout called Shaun T’s Insanity Workout. He also made available a deluxe edition of the workout. What is the difference between regular and deluxe?

First of all, the regular insanity workout comes with 10 DVDs, an exercise guide, a nutrition plan, and tracking tools. None of the workouts in the original first workouts require the use of free weights or resistance bands. Shaun T uses the body’s resistance for workouts. The 10 DVDs cover every part of your body, from your arms to your legs to your core.

So if the first 10 DVDs are full, why would you need the extra 3 DVDs that come in the deluxe package? Well, I’ll just let you know what comes in the deluxe package and let you decide whether or not you’ll need it.

Inside the Deluxe Insanity training.

Comes with 3 bonus exercise DVDs. The first of the workouts is called Max Interval Sports Training, the next one is called Insane Abs, and the last one is the Upper Body Weighted Workout.

Max Interval Sports Training is an extremely difficult training system that Shaun T has used to train professional athletes. This training is not a joke. It is extremely difficult to do. It’s a step above all the other 10 DVDs in normal training.

Insane Abs is similar in difficulty to Sports Training. There are many abdominal exercises in the first 10 DVDs, but none are as complete or as difficult as this one.

Upper Body Weighted Workout is Shaun T’s only DVD to use weights. He shows her his techniques for using weights to achieve the upper body that most people want.

All in all, it is very good to exercise and improve your body. Whether it’s using Insanity or going to the gym or some other form of exercise, just make sure you get out there and do it.
